CRA Boundaries

The Haines City Community Redevelopment Area encompasses two districts adopted by Ordinance No. 01-994 on June 21, 2001. The boundaries extend roughly south of Cemetery Road, east of the western city limits, north of Little Lake Hamilton, and west of 30th Street. District 327 covers the original downtown core established in 1990, while District 328 represents the 2001 expansion covering residential neighborhoods, commercial corridors, and community facilities throughout the city.
